Methods of rapid tooling such as our epoxy tooling resins show that moulds can be achieved quicker and at a much lower cost. Decisive is a tooling material which is easy to use and which will produce tooling to fulfil all the requirements of injection moulding.

Epoxy tooling resin is ideally suited to our 100 KSA semi automatic moulding machine. Our epoxy tooling resin makes possible the manufacture of quick, economically acceptable injection moulds and quality parts.

Epoxy tooling resin process

1. Use any type of rapid prototyping model including wood, plaster, leather, silicone or resin. Fit metal inserts if required.	2. Mix epoxy tooling resin with hardener and degas. Fix casting frame and cooling pipes. Cast the epoxy tooling resin. Degas again.	3. Fix upper casting frame. Cast epoxy tooling resin. Degas again.
4. Remove the casting frame.	5. Heat cure the mould in the oven.	6. Completed injection tool.
