RMP40 compact radio probe

Renishaw's smallest frequency hopping radio probe - available now.

A new addition to Renishaw's inspection probe family is the RMP40. This is Renishaw's smallest frequency hopping spread spectrum (FHSS) radio probe ideal for all sizes of machining centres. The RMP40 combines the miniaturisation of the OMP40-2 with the radio capability used in the RMP60 and RMP600.

OSI with OMM-2 optical interface system

The multiple probe optical system improves part quality and reduces set-up times - available now.

Following in the foot steps of the highly successful OMI-2T, Renishaw has now developed the multiple probe system that allows up to three separate probes and/or tool setting probes to be installed on a machine with a single optical interface system.

The new OSI in conjunction with OMM-2 enables as many as three probes to be used, which typically will be Renishaw's OTS tool setter with OMP40, OMP400 or OMP60 inspection probe.

Productivity+™ release 1.85

PC-based probe software for multi-axis machining centres - available now

Productivity+™ release 1.85 includes several new advances, adding exciting new features and making it considerably more flexible. New functionality includes enhanced multi-axis capability and the ability to use the results of custom functions for machine updates.

With Productivity+™ all programmed functions run entirely on the CNC machine tool with no need for an external PC - even the newly extended suite of constructed features.
