Renishaw Competition Law Policy

Our global competition law policy is designed to explain the key risks relating to competition laws and ensure all employees and our wider stakeholders preserve healthy competition, at all times, by operating fairly and transparently in open and competitive markets.

Renishaw is fully committed to complying with competition laws at all times. The Renishaw Group does not condone any activity that might prevent, restrict or distort competition.

Renishaw's Group General Counsel and Company Secretary has approved our Competition Law Policy, which is overseen and supported by a Group champion at our head office in the UK and by local champions in the countries in which Renishaw operates globally.

Our competition law policy is a principles based policy and applies to all business dealings and transactions in all of the countries in which the Renishaw Group is operational (subject to local laws and practice). The Policy applies to everyone working at Renishaw including temporary personnel, contractors, placement students, intermediaries and third parties acting on behalf of any Renishaw Group company (under the Renishaw Group Control Manual).

The policy can be found in the document below.
